Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting accurate and efficient data entry into the Changescout platform, which is integrated with Salesforce, to maintain data integrity and support informed decision-making. Systematically collecting and managing data to ensure timely updates and organization within the platform, adhering to our high standards of data quality. Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Facilitating effective communication across various teams to enhance project tracking and data management processes, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation. Leading the entry of projects across multiple functional sites, ensuring seamless data integration and management. Reviewing and inputting information related to spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems to support accurate financial management. Establishing and maintaining comprehensive project files and logs to ensure data organization and accessibility. Compiling and executing reconciliations as required, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills.
