Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and verify data in internal systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors through quality checks.
Maintain databases, reports, and records as required by internal teams.
Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially.
Coordinate with teams to gather or clarify data entries.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within set deadlines.
Create reports and summaries to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
Fast and accurate typing skills (50+ WPM).
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
