You will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and other accounting reports. Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting transactions assigned to various accounts. Apply sound accounting principles and develop or recommend accounting procedures and policies. Coordinate with other accountants, accounting clerks, and stakeholders to participate in daily accounting activities. Resolve accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions. Participate in financial reporting and month-end close processes. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Have at least 2 years of accounting experience. Preferred qualifications include: 3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
