Key Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and verifying entries, conducting regular data audits to ensure integrity.
Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all data entry activities, and prepare reports to facilitate team access to necessary information.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to gather and input essential information for ongoing projects.
Process and track various forms such as purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation, ensuring all critical details are captured accurately.
Utilize data management tools proficiently (including Microsoft Excel and specialized software) to organize and manipulate data effectively.
Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere strictly to data protection regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
Strong typing skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and familiar with data management software.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
Prior experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role is essential, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
