[Remote] Data Center & Real Estate Lease Administrator (Contractor/1099)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Netrality Data Centers is a growing private-equity backed owner-operator of strategic interconnection properties. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for creating and managing essential real estate, data center customer, and financial documentation within the property portfolio, supporting various administrative functions while collaborating with Leadership, Sales, and Accounting teams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Maintain key data center documents, including leases, commission agreements, occupancy reports, and tenant accounts
ā¢ Input and monitor monthly billing expenses related to lease agreements
ā¢ Complete accurate lease and service order abstraction
ā¢ Track and report critical dates in leases or contracts
ā¢ Set up and manage portfolio reminders; upload and bookmark files accurately
ā¢ Generate standard and ad hoc real estate reports; conduct research
ā¢ Calculate, invoice, and track leasing commissions
ā¢ Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
ā¢ Communicate regularly with management and business units
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
ā¢ Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; MRI or similar software a plus
ā¢ 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, paralegal, accounting, or property management (Landlord/Tenant sector)
ā¢ Skilled in interpreting commercial real estate leases and licenses
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Accurate, detail-oriented, able to thrive under deadlines
ā¢ Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively
ā¢ Eager to learn and improve processes and solve problems
ā¢ Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
ā¢ Maintains confidentiality and discretion
ā¢ Committed to ethical, professional conduct and adherence to company guidelines and policies
ā¢ Telecom and data center experience preferred
