Design and implement complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from diverse sources.
Construct and uphold dashboards and reports that present key performance indicators and actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver compelling analytical solutions.
Ensure data quality through validation, implement cleaning procedures, and resolve system process issues.
Accurately document technical processes and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries.
Guide and mentor junior analysts in best practices for SQL and SAS.
Required Skills
Proficiency in SAS data integration and query tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Linux, including shell scripting, and various database platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of SAS programming experience, including Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS Macro language, and PROC SQL.
At least 5 years of advanced SQL experience, encompassing complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
A minimum of 3 years experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
