Primary Responsibilities:
Perform complex data analysis and reporting using SQL, Databricks, and Power BI to inform business decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making and present key findings to clients and leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting
Intermediate experience with credit/financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel, with experience in data querying, manipulation, and visualization
Advanced skills in MS Office product suite and other technology tools
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation (preferred)
