Job Summary: As a Data Analyst at Terrabis, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards to monitor business performance, customer behavior, marketing performance, and operational KPIs. You will enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, ensure data integrity, and enhance the quality, value, and usability of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure seamless data flow
Develop and maintain dashboards for business functions, including Purchasing, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Accounting
Support business functions in monitoring and tracking KPIs and enable self-servicing analytics and data visualization tools
Fulfill ad hoc data requests and deliver insights to drive strategic decisions
Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks in the business
Train internal stakeholders on data tools and analytics interpretation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including customer and marketing analytics
Proficiency in writing SQL, Python, and other programming languages
Experience in managing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI and developing analytics dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
