[Remote] Cybersecurity Analyst II | Secure Solutions Enablement (Remote)

The Home Depot is a leading home improvement retailer, and they are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst II to support their Secure Solutions Enablement Delivery Management team. This role involves data analysis, collaboration across teams, and driving execution to ensure effective cybersecurity practices and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Monitor incoming cross-team service requests (dependencies) in Jira and Jira Align
ā¢ Review incoming requests against our "Definition of Ready" criteria to ensure necessary technical scope and dates are included before execution begins
ā¢ Identify data gaps and process friction points, proactively suggesting improvements
ā¢ Build relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth handoffs between teams
ā¢ Organize and support "dependency sync" meetings by capturing action items and following up until closure
ā¢ Communicate clearly cross-functionally, mediating conflicting priorities with professionalism and a customer-focus mindset towards peer teams
ā¢ Act as the "librarian" for our dependency tracking tools, ensuring excellent data hygiene and that Jira stories on team boards are correctly linked to strategic dependencies in Jira Align
ā¢ Proactively chase down answers and status updates from team leads to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and requests are driven to completion
ā¢ Demonstrate initiative by identifying stalled processes and taking independent action to get items moving again without needing constant direction
Skills
ā¢ Must be eighteen years of age or older
ā¢ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
ā¢ The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
ā¢ 2+ years of work experience
ā¢ Jira Align (Preferred, but not required; willingness to learn is essential)
ā¢ Familiarity with Project management tracking tools is a plus
