[Remote] CX Consultant - Business Process and Automation

The CX Consultant role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes while implementing automation solutions to enhance customer experience for automotive and manufacturing companies. Responsibilities Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain Join a highly motivated, young, and growing team, contributing your expertise in business analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation Skills A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in English Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus English language required, German language skills are a plus Benefits Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid sick leave 401(k) match Medical, dental and vision coverage Tuition and certification reimbursement Life insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage Subsidized gym membership program Subsidized Porsche and VW leasing programs Company Overview MHP is a leading international management and IT consultancy.
