Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Ā Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.

Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ā Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
