Position Overview

Order Management: Help customers process new orders, make modifications to existing orders, and track shipment details. You'll be empowered to resolve common issues on the spot while escalating complex matters when necessary.

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy. You'll refer specialized queries to the appropriate department and follow through to ensure timely resolution, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system. This documentation helps us continuously improve our service delivery.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product catalog, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Essential Qualifications
