Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible Hours Available)

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Stay updated on Apple products and services.
• Participate in training sessions as required.
