As a key member of our award-winning customer service team, you will be the voice of Shopbop, a fully integrated Amazon subsidiary, and provide exceptional support to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering world-class service to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
Provide critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Utilize various software programs to resolve customer inquiries and capture accurate data
Collaborate with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues
Demonstrate fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish (preferred)
