About the Role:
Providing exceptional customer service and support to families using our products and services
Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through resolution steps
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve our products and services
Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, including new releases and updates
Providing feedback and insights to help us continually improve our customer support processes
What You'll Bring:
1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or technology-related field
Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, with a passion for helping others and making a difference
Residency in the state of Utah (due to current hiring restrictions)
