Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Adaptable and passionate about customer service.
7. Ability to analyze data and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Project management experience is a plus.
