About the Role

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, managing data entry tasks, and supporting our internal Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities


Provide exceptional customer service to clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Manage high volumes of data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion and meeting productivity standards.
Support internal Account Management teams with data-related tasks, queries, and requests.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve team goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.


Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:


1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace.
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive items and adhere to company data protection policies.
Self-motivation and discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
