Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week, Contractor)

Your Role:
Providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt support and consultation to parent-clients
Building scalable systems and processes to ensure a seamless customer journey
Fostering positive relationships with parents and students, delivering timely and effective solutions to their concerns
Serving as the primary contact for potential customers, addressing questions and providing support via WeChat, email, and phone calls
Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time)
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service or customer-facing experience (highly desired)
Passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
Ability to work comfortably in a remote, fast-paced environment with timely responses
