Job Description:
We're looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Success Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, helping them with their inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with Delta Airlines.
Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide detailed information about Delta products and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Update customer records to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must reside in the state of Georgia

Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry
Experience working in a remote setting is advantageous, but not mandatory
