[Remote] Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking)

They are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will build and nurture strong relationships with clients, manage onboarding, and represent the voice of the customer to influence product development.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their successEmpower customers to connect their goals and challengesTake ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding teaching them how to use the platform and technologyBuild, own, and execute client success and engagement plansSpearhead internal cross-functional improvement projectsRepresent voice of the customer and influence product development roadmapBe the main point of contact for your clientsGet on calls with clients according to their subscription and needs (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly)Maintain a high level of product proficiency to guide clients on the best uses of our productFully understand the features and limitations of Agora’s array of products and provide innovative and creative solutions even when clients haven’t asked for themSkillsNative proficiency in Spanish requiredProficient in English - Superb written and verbal communication skillsAt least one year of experience in B2B SaaS as a Customer Success ManagerExperience working with international clientsStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executivesWillingness to work US hours a few times a weekProficient at building online onboarding & ongoing processAbility to take initiative and adaptPositive attitude, empathy, and high energyCompany OverviewAgora is a comprehensive platform empowering firms with efficient workflows and seamless operations to scale their businesses.
