To excel in this role, you should have:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS
Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
