What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative working remotely from your home office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support experiences to customers across the nation. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Providing inbound and outbound customer support using established call flow guides and troubleshooting procedures
Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products with accuracy and efficiency
Tracking, documenting, and retrieving customer information in our comprehensive database systems

Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and related technology
