We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Support Agents to join our team! Ā As a representative of the client brand, it is essential to approach customer interactions with a caring and empathetic attitude, escalating to a higher level of expertise as necessary.
Ā Thorough documentation of all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions is a crucial component of this role
Qualifications:
Ā Experience in customer service, technical, sales, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
Ā Along with the skill to develop a strong relationship with clients.
Ā The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them efficiently.
Ā Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Ā The candidate should possess exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills.

Ā A USB headset with noise cancellation and a microphone
Ā I5 Processor (or AMD equivalent) required (i7 processor preferred)
Ā 4GB memory required, 8GB memory preferred
Ā Windows 10 or 11
Ā Updated Security patches and Firewall
Ā Able to complete Assessment and Background check prior to start.
Ā Ability to complete training
Ā Ability to work at least 20-40 hours per week.
