About This Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our organization – connecting with union members to help them understand and access the valuable benefits they've earned. Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will be diverse and engaging, requiring you to balance multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional service quality. Here's what you can expect:


Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from union members seeking information about their benefits, answering questions with accuracy and empathy
Outbound Communication: Proactively reach out to members to conduct consultations, follow up on inquiries, and ensure their needs are met
Benefits Education: Conduct informative discussions with union members about the supplemental and long-term benefits available to them
Documentation & Processing: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records of all interactions
Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and best practices in every customer interaction, continuously seeking ways to improve
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, positive relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex
Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and all levels of management to achieve individual and team goals
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities


Required Qualifications

Background working with union organizations or membership-based associations
Experience in the insurance, benefits, or financial services industry
Prior experience in remote or virtual work settings

Bilingual capabilities (especially English/Spanish) – a definite plus
