Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Specialist I As a Remote Customer Service Specialist I at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and product support to our valued clients. You'll play a significant role in shaping the overall customer experience, becoming our clients' biggest advocate through your wealth of knowledge and unwavering positivity. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills for your individual career path, whether within Customer Service or in another department within the company. Key Responsibilities Provide phone, email, and chat support, working closely with customers and internal teams to efficiently resolve issues and concerns. Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working to understand and correct issues in a timely and professional manner. Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, communicating effectively and respectfully. Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team. Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives to provide a seamless and uncomplicated customer experience. Participate in testing new features and releases, suggesting recommendations for product enhancements based on data and customer feedback. Adhere to all blithequark security policies, procedures, and assigned training. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership of your work. The ability to effectively communicate with both non-technical and technical customers, providing resolutions and support. A working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, with familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. A basic understanding of SQL is a plus. The ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule, providing coverage between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday. A team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to quality and elevated standards.
