Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns.
Troubleshoot technical issues customers encounter while using Amazon's products and services.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone.
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
Build rapport with customers and ensure their feedback is communicated to Amazon's management team.
Adhere to Amazon's customer service policies and processes at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
