About the Role:
We're looking for a talented individual to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering legendary customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers
Driving sales through active selling, product knowledge, and guidance
Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
Operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and executing cash handling procedures
Supporting inventory and order fulfillment, including receiving and processing merchandise
Responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and building relationships
