Client Engagement & Relationship Building


Contact pre-qualified leads provided by arenaflex to schedule virtual consultations with interested clients
Conduct professional, informative virtual meetings where you present comprehensive benefit programs
Explain complex insurance products in simple, understandable terms that empower clients to make informed decisions
Enroll new clients in appropriate benefit programs that address their specific needs and circumstances
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted resource for ongoing insurance and benefits questions
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and coverage needs using our advanced CRM systems


Professional Development & Goal Achievement

Essential Requirements


Technology Setup: Laptop or computer with a functional camera for virtual meetings
Residency: Must currently reside in the United States
Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, email, and web-based applications
Licensing: Possession of, or willingness to obtain, Life & Health insurance license (we provide training and support for this process)
