Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customer service via phone, addressing sales questions from customers, and helping them with their queries about financing or purchasing smart devices and/or accessories. You will work independently from home and collaborate with management and co-workers in a remote setting. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
