About the Role: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and positive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our vibrant team in Chantilly, VA. As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will be the linchpin in our customer service operations, ensuring seamless interactions between our clients and our service technicians. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Handle incoming service calls, dynamically adjusting technician schedules as needed to address customer needs promptly. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Investigate customer concerns, route them to the appropriate staff members, and respond to special customer requirements. Optimize service productivity, profitability, and efficiency by matching service requirements with technician availability, location, and service duration. Proactively make outbound calls to maintain a filled schedule and retain our membership base. Foster a collaborative team environment by being a supportive and reliable teammate to coworkers. Educate customers on the benefits of our membership programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Requirements for Success: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a similar industry. A typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with excellent keyboard skills. A passion for interacting with people and delivering happiness through great communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team. Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to think proactively and solve problems effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry, or a related field. Previous dispatch or scheduling experience. Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
