Job Details Work Arrangement and Schedule This is a remote/work-from-home position, and you must reside in New York state. Our paid training starts on Monday, October 7, 2024, and will run from 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. After training, our hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 7am - 9pm EST (with 10-hour shifts on Mondays), and Saturday: 7am - 5pm EST. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.50. In addition to paid training, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, and paid holidays. Responsibilities and Key Results Areas Your Role as a Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will: Assist customers with billing inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system. Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, adhering to state and federal regulations. Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals, handling delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines. Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time, achieve Quality Assurance goals, and adhere to Production measures, such as time spent on calls and schedule adherence. Key Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should be: Detail-oriented, with the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines. An effective communicator, with excellent call handling skills and high levels of professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn software applications quickly. A high school graduate or equivalent, with a strong focus on exemplary shift attendance. Technical Requirements for Remote Work To work from home with blithequark, you will need: A broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up). A hardwired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots). Internet speed test results showing at least 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload. A camera that will be used during training (must be on from start to end of each shift, excluding breaks and lunches).
