Reservation and Booking Support

Assist customers with new flight reservations, ensuring accurate entry of passenger details and travel preferences

Handle cancellation requests in accordance with arenaflex policies while maintaining customer goodwill
Guide customers through the booking process, providing recommendations based on their travel needs
Assist with special requests including meal preferences, assistance for passengers with disabilities, and unaccompanied minor services
