As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about making a positive impact. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional telephone support to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Your primary goal will be to assist with a wide range of inquiries, from eligibility and provider changes to requests for ID cards. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a keen sense of problem-solving. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs * Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Work from home, with occasional commutes to the office in Richmond, VA when necessary **Training and Onboarding** As a new member of our team, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.
