What You'll Do

Qualifications We're Seeking
Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience interacting with customers in a professional environment (call center, retail, hospitality, or military customer service background accepted)
Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Must reside within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV
Ability to work a flexible schedule including rotating shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
Strong typing skills and ability to type at least 35 words per minute
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent college credits in a related field
Previous experience in pharmacy, health insurance, or medical customer service
Bilingual language skills (Spanish preferred)
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
Experience with Medicare Part D or prescription benefit plans
