Job Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems
Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and navigate multiple software systems
Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
