Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills: At least one year of experience in a call center environment, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripts. Clear, professional, and approachable verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
