Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers, providing compassionate and professional support
Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
Rapidly retrieve information to address payroll-related inquiries
Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and provide guidance to caregivers and patients
Document information and outcomes as necessary
About You:
At least one year of customer service experience
Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
Empathetic, patient, and friendly demeanor
Excellent active listening and communication skills
Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and maintain a quality-focused mindset
Home Office Requirements:
Computer meeting specified criteria (Windows 10 or 11, 8GB RAM, etc.)
High-speed, hardwired internet connection
