Available Shifts:
Schedule A: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Schedule B: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Schedule C: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests, projecting a professional and memorable image to customers
Make outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers, maximizing dispatch board capacity
Sell services to consumers, de-escalate situations, and offer patient assistance and support
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating company sites, or using products and services
Review customer accounts, providing updates and information on billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service and train new employees
Prepare call performance reports and manage call performance, maintaining a database of customer interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication, written and verbal, with active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with a patient and empathetic attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills, with adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
Troubleshooting skills, computer literacy, and phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Expertise in customer service, with the ability to speak multiple languages (desired)
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting base pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on schedule and role
Overtime available, with weekly pay and paid time off (accruing immediately)
7 paid federal holidays, 1 floating holiday, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance (starting on Day 1)
