About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative We're on the hunt for a skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Field & Operations Support Center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. This role is not just about answering calls; it's about delivering world-class customer service that meets and exceeds our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities: Handle approximately 100-150 inbound calls daily from internal and external customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Provide "one call" resolution to customer inquiries, minimizing transfers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Make informed decisions to dispatch technicians when on-site service is required, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency. Navigate complex customer scenarios with ease, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and customer service expertise to prevent escalations. Effectively multi-task and prioritize decisions based on multiple criteria, adhering to company policies and procedures. Resolve customer inquiries related to appointment scheduling, SMS text confirmations, and site readiness, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, collaborating with Productivity Specialists, Universal Agents, and the Advanced Customer Inbound workgroup to meet customer needs. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Superb customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to type at least 45 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and communication. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen sense of judgment and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of general technical knowledge and software applications. The ability to prioritize decisions based on multiple criteria, adhering to company policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center or support environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology platforms. A background in security or a related field, providing a deeper understanding of our products and services.
