As a key member of our Assistance Coordination team, you'll be the frontline representative of IMG, providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Job Details


Location: Initially based in our Indianapolis office for training, with the opportunity to transition to remote work upon successful completion of training and meeting department eligibility requirements, targeted at 60 days.
Training Start Date: Monday, September 11th
Remote Work Start Date: October 30th for those who meet eligibility requirements
Commute Requirement: Daily commute to our Indianapolis office until remote work eligibility is met
Remote Work Requirements: A designated workspace with a door and high-speed internet
Base Pay: $17.00 per hour, plus participation in our monthly performance bonus plan if qualifications are met*
Schedule: 11am-8pm with one day every weekend
Employment Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the United States; IMG will not sponsor employment visas for this position

Job Summary

As an Assistance Coordinator at IMG, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing updates on their policies and claims. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and we're looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about delivering top-notch service.

Duties and Responsibilities


Answer and address a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining performance metrics, quality standards, and HIPAA compliance
Document call outcomes in our customer relationship management tool
Work flexible scheduling, including some holidays and weekend days, and be available for special projects or tasks as needed
Mentor and assist new employees when required, sharing your knowledge and expertise
Maintain a positive attitude, work well under stress, and thrive in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications


1 year of experience in a customer service role, analyzing and solving internal and external customer issues
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
Ability to multi-task, navigate systems on dual monitors, and type while on calls
Global geographical and cultural awareness
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Enjoy working with people and have a customer-centric approach
Self-motivated with a proven ability to maintain a positive attitude
Strong stress management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Personality traits like patience and tact
Attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual or multilingual skills (including but not limited to Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, and/or French) are a plus but not required
