[Remote] Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ogden is looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, booking service appointments, and promoting the club membership program while creating a great first impression for the company. Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook, Angi, Modernize, eLocal, and other marketing sources Return calls promptly and work to book appointments for service, maintenance, and estimates Answer incoming customer calls professionally and create a strong first impression Make outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule tune-ups and maintenance visits Perform follow-up “happy calls” after appointments to check on the customer experience Help introduce and sell club memberships in a natural, helpful, and friendly way Accurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into company software Use scripts and call guidance while still sounding warm, confident, and genuine Work closely with office staff and technicians to support a smooth customer experience Follow up on open leads, unsold estimates, and missed opportunities as directed Skills Strong phone communication and customer service skills Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to leads quickly Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems Detail-oriented and organized Reliable and dependable High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work effectively from home in a professional setting Must live within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, Utah Must be willing to come into the Ogden office as needed Customer service experience Inside sales or appointment-setting experience Call center experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience ServiceTitan experience Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Company Overview When homeowners want a reliable heater or air conditioning system that they don’t have to think about, they call One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
