What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for students, prospective students, patients, and their families. Your role is critical in creating positive experiences and ensuring that everyone who reaches out to us feels valued and supported. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:

Multi-Channel Customer Support

Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional service across various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
Address questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and patience
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude even in challenging situations
Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management systems


Admissions and Enrollment Support

Guide prospective students through the admissions process, answering questions about requirements, deadlines, and documentation
Assist with enrollment procedures, ensuring students understand each step
Support registration activities and help students navigate course selection
Provide information about financial aid options, scholarships, and payment plans


Academic and Administrative Assistance

Offer clear, accurate information about academic procedures, policies, and requirements
Explain degree programs, prerequisites, and graduation requirements
Direct students to appropriate resources and departments as needed
Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members


Healthcare Coordination

Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately

Communication Systems: Experience with Avaya or other telephone/routing systems
