Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Work effectively in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement
Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour after 24 months

Requirements:
Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
High school diploma or equivalent required

Self-provided computer or laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
