Your Role: As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Handling Incoming Calls : Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Research and Resolution : Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries. Accurate Documentation : Accurately document call details and maintain accurate records. High School Diploma or Equivalent : You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 Year of Work Experience : You must have at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service. Reliable Attendance : You must have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days. Typing Speed : You must have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Technical Requirements : You must have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, and a secure, private work area at home.
