Essential Requirements:
Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
Must be available to work weekends (this is a key requirement as our clients' customers contact us most during weekends)
Proficient with internet navigation, data entry, and the ability to switch quickly between multiple programs
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications
Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
