Job Summary

Issue resolution and problem-solving – investigating and resolving billing disputes, transaction discrepancies, fraud concerns, and other customer issues with accuracy and efficiency
Product information and recommendations – educating cardholders about our diverse range of products, benefits, rewards programs, and services to help them maximize the value of their membership
Payment processing and account adjustments – processing payments, setting up payment plans, and making appropriate account adjustments as needed
Maintaining accurate customer records – documenting all interactions, updates, and actions taken in our customer relationship management system to ensure continuity of service
Meeting performance goals and targets – achieving or exceeding established KPIs related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, and quality metrics
Continuously improving customer satisfaction – actively seeking feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvement, and contributing to team success
Adhering to compliance and security protocols – maintaining confidentiality of customer information and following all regulatory guidelines
