Answer inbound calls from customers who are seeking information, assistance, or guidance with their accounts, loans, or financial products
Resolve customer inquiries with patience, expertise, and a genuine desire to help, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied
Educate customers on our diverse range of financial products and services, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions
Process payments accurately and efficiently, guiding customers through various payment methods and ensuring secure transactions
Create customized payment plans that align with customers' financial situations, demonstrating flexibility and understanding
Handle account-related tasks including updates to personal information, account verification, troubleshooting, and escalations when necessary
Document all interactions thoroughly in our computer systems, maintaining precise and up-to-date customer records

Call Center Experience: Minimum of one year in a customer service call center environment, demonstrating your ability to handle high-volume interactions professionally

Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech industries

Important Location Requirement: This position is fully remote, but due to state-specific licensing and regulatory requirements, we can only consider candidates who currently reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
