Competitive salary range: $19.05 - $25.78 per hour (AZ) or $20.01 - $27.07 per hour (NV), depending on experience

Resolve complex customer inquiries and provide professional insurance guidance
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
Advise and assist customers with policy changes, coverage options, and other service requests
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting our products and services
Maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and PCI compliance standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Strong computer, phone, typing, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and prioritizing tasks effectively
Current Property and Casualty license required or ability to complete licensing within 90 days of employment
Fluency in Spanish required for Spanish-speaking queue
