Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM EST
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
3. Provide information about UPS services and policies.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
5. Update customer information in the database.
6. Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
