Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services
Work closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and excellent airport experience
Conduct administrative tasks, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-focused approach at all times
Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to our customers
Attend and complete all required training by given deadlines
Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
What We're Looking For:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face contact with customers
Ability to represent the company at all times, with a well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Flexibility to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all American Airlines policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete all relevant training and maintain a valid BAA airside pass, GSAT training, and a valid DVLA driving license
